Oma

We've been lucky enough to have Eben's mom staying with us this past week. "Oma" has been so helpful with our cooking and cleaning, as well as doing a fantastic job of baby-holding. She's also been passing on some classic Gilstrap family songs to Eben and the baby. For me, it's really helped ease the transition into Eben going back to work to have another grown up around!

Veronica leaves tomorrow to visit Adam (Eben's older brother) in Portland for about a week or so, but she'll return for another week-long stay with us before she finally heads back to Saint Louis in early October.
