smoke, but no fire

Today's Sepulveda Pass fires are as close to our home as the fires have ever come. The traffic snarled the entire city including some of my data collection sites, and smoke is in the air. However, in our urban setting near the beach, we're not in any danger and won't ever be in danger from these kinds of fires.

Still, we could use some relief from these crazy hot, hazy, smoky, days... especially lil' Monroe who loves to play outside!!
