Well, a very stressful time in my family should be coming to a close pretty soon--I have my dissertation proposal defense tomorrow and hopefully all will go well. A wave of layoffs went through EA and Eben was not included. AND Monroe started daycare and is doing okay. Today (day 3) was her best day yet, very little time spent upset and a nice long (for her at least) nap.
This video was taken Sunday afternoon when we stopped by the park on our way home from the blessing of the animals at Saint A's.

This video has so many great moments, starting with this patient little girl holding her arms up as her dad puts on her jacket, and rolls up the sleeves. Then, she waits for her dad to get in place before she comes down the slide, and catches herself when she loses her balance with the bucket, which I was sure was going to end up on top of her head. To top it all off, the last picture is the greatest one yet! The cutest baby of all time!
