Eben got a contract with a Japanese company called Grasshopper which is working on a kooky zombie game. He is doing special effects for at least a few weeks and quite possibly longer. The job got of to a pretty slow start as Eben negotiated the technological and communication challenges of telecommuting to the other side of the world. It took several frustrating days before he was actually able to get down to business. But this week he got crackin' and so far is loving working from home. Today he got feedback on his first project (a rain of flaming arrows) and they were very pleased, so he finally feels like celebrating!
