Today's advent activity was the Christmas Program at Mount Olive Preschool. We had a fantastic time watching Monroe and her classmates sing and strut their stuff. We could hear Monroe's voice ringing out from our seats in the very back of the audience!
This year, we of the Mount Olive Parent's Association had the idea to use some of our bake sale funds to hire a professional videographer for the kids' performances so that parents would be able to just relax and watch the show rather than scrambling trying to each capture our own individual photos and videos! We'll have that to share later in the month.
After the reception, we went to dinner with Olivia and Reese's families, which was a fantastic treat for all of us! What a merry day.
Mom, you might notice that Monroe is clearly NOT wearing the Christmas party outfit from the photo I sent. She simply REFUSED to change into it at school. :-)
