time marches across my heart

Monroe turns 5 months old tomorrow and all day all I could think was, "This is the last time I will ever put my 4 month-old Monroe down for her morning nap" or "This is the last walk I'll ever take with my 4 month-old Monroe," or "This is the last time we'll ever change our 4 month-old Monroe into her pajamas for the night." I am so happy to see her growing and so amazed at all she can now do and enjoy, but at the same time my heart is breaking with the realization of how quickly this time with my baby will race by.
