Friday was family day at EA, so I brought Monroe up to her daddy's work to have some fun. "Family Day" included a petting zoo; a big catering table stocked with food like grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs, along with drinks like apple juice and YooHoo; one of those giant bouncy houses things; face paining; balloon animals; and a petting zoo. Needless to say, it was popular with both actual families and lonely basement-dwelling video game creator types as well. :-)
Monroe was a bit young for most of the activities, but she took a close look at the animals in the petting zoo. Eben also showed her a runaway chicken that left the petting zoo.
I love the way Eben involves Monroe in whatever he is doing. He is such a great dad! Also, you look marvelous! Congratulations to both of you for making such a happy baby!
