award winning daddy!

Eben's been out of town for an invitation-only visual effects conference designed to bring thinkers from all over the EA world together to swap ideas. After two days of talks from everyone in the group, the conference-goers voted on two awards. One was "best presentation" (in reference to the powerpoint and speaking style) and the other was "most innovative" (in reference to the actual special effect under discussion, not the speaker's approach to presenting it.) Eben, already the only invitee from Los Angeles, was named most innovative! How awesome!
